For many years, Mindz has been engaged to execute such high profile event. This year we were challenged to bring to life the theme of ‘Winning in the Digitized World’ and we left no stone unturned. Right from the registration desks that used interactive technology, to RF Key pads for interactions during the conference, we ensured that the participants were always involved. All branding used the state-of –the-art LED panels for communication, the highlight was stage setup and backdrop which was created using hundreds of LED Panels in a unique way to display content.
The evening entertainment and cocktail dinner party was creatively designed to bring life into the event theme. Interestingly, we engaged Bollywood Stars like Boman Irani, Usha Uthup, and a special act from a Japanese shadow act performer to entertain our conference attendees.
The Brand Meet showcases Myntra's innovation, technology and fashion all on one single platform. Myntra a mobile fashion e-commerce giant invited, both Thought Leaders and Specialists from Technology and Fashion industries to address people at the summit. This 4th edition event focused on, “Leveraging Technology to Build the Future Platform for Fashion, called Tech Threads”.
Mindz Productionz managed the summit on a turnkey basis, right from conceptualization, delegate registrations, stage setup, theme based branding, audio-visual and conferencing solutions. The summit also witnessed the book launch “Rebooting India” by Mr. Nandan Nilekani, who was also the keynote speaker for the event. One of the major highlight of the summit was the choice of best Celebrity hosts – Mandira Bedi and Rajiv Makhni. Acknowledging good work is a part of Myntra events, so the entire summit was concluded with a wonderful Award Ceremony recognizing the best brands.
